Selects the reduced-space square-root algorithm used during analysis.

PetscErrorCode PetscDAEnsembleSetSqrtType(PetscDA da, PetscDASqrtType type)

Input Parameters

• da - the PetscDA object

• type - either PETSCDA_SQRT_CHOLESKY or PETSCDA_SQRT_EIGEN

Options Database Key

• -petscda_ensemble_sqrt_type - set the PetscDASqrtType
