PCGetOptionsPrefix#
Gets the prefix used for searching for all PC options in the database.

PetscErrorCode PCGetOptionsPrefix(PC pc, const char *prefix[])

Input Parameter#
pc - the preconditioner context
Output Parameter#
prefix - pointer to the prefix string used, is returned
Fortran Note#
The user should pass in a string prefix of
sufficient length to hold the prefix.
