VecGetBlockSize#
Gets the blocksize for the vector, i.e. what is used for VecSetValuesBlocked() and VecSetValuesBlockedLocal().

Not Collective
Input Parameter#
v - the vector
Output Parameter#
bs - the blocksize
Note#
All vectors obtained by VecDuplicate() inherit the same blocksize.
