Input Parameters#

dm - The DM
minDegree - Minimum degree for a discretization, or PETSC_DETERMINE for no limit
maxDegree - Maximum degree for a discretization, or PETSC_DETERMINE for no limit

Output Parameter#

newdm - The DM
