• F - the factored matrix obtained by calling MatGetFactor() with a MatSolverType of MATSOLVERMUMPS and a MatFactorType of MAT_FACTOR_LU or MAT_FACTOR_CHOLESKY

• icntl - index of MUMPS parameter array CNTL()

Output Parameter

• val - value of MUMPS CNTL(icntl)
