VecPointwiseDivide#
Computes the component-wise division w[i] = x[i] / y[i].

Input Parameters#
- x - the numerator vector 
- y - the denominator vector 
Output Parameter#
- w - the result 
Note#
Any subset of the x, y, and w may be the same vector.
