Get the MOAB tag associated with this Vec

PetscErrorCode DMMoabGetVecTag(Vec vec, moab::Tag *tag)

Input Parameter

• vec - Vec being queried

Output Parameter

• tag - Tag associated with this Vec. NULL if vec is a native PETSc Vec.
