Sets the PetscSF for migrating from a parent DM into this DM

Input Parameters

• dm - The DM

• migrationSF - The PetscSF

Note

It is necessary to call this in order to have DMCreateSubDM() or DMCreateSuperDM() build the Global-To-Natural map
