MATHYPRE#
“hypre” - A matrix type to be used for sequential and parallel sparse matrices based on the hypre IJ interface.
Notes#
MatConvert() to MATAIJ resolves that alias against the memory in which the hypre matrix
currently lives, so a device-resident hypre matrix converts to MATSEQAIJCUSPARSE,
MATMPIAIJCUSPARSE, MATSEQAIJHIPSPARSE or MATMPIAIJHIPSPARSE. To convert to a host-based matrix pass MATSEQAIJ or MATMPIAIJ to MatConvert().
As always, to obtain compatible vectors for the new matrix use MatCreateVecs().
