PetscErrorCode MatColoringPatch(Mat mat, PetscInt ncolors, PetscInt n, ISColoringValue colorarray[], ISColoring *iscoloring)

Input Parameters#
mat - the matrix
ncolors - maximum color value
n - number of entries in colorarray
colorarray - array indicating color for each column
Output Parameter#
iscoloring - coloring generated using colorarray information
