pc - the preconditioning context
Output Parameter#
is - index set of primal vertices in the numbering of the local
MATISmatrix, orNULLif unavailable
Notes#
The index set is supplied by PCBDDCSetPrimalVerticesLocalIS() or obtained from PCBDDCSetPrimalVerticesIS() during PCSetUp().
The returned IS is owned by pc; the caller must not destroy it.
