Input Parameters

• pc - the preconditioning context

• DirichletBoundaries - index set of Dirichlet boundary degrees of freedom in global numbering

Note

Provide this information when Dirichlet conditions have been imposed with MatZeroRows() or MatZeroRowsColumns(). Any process can list any global degree of freedom.
