Checks if an PetscInt array has duplicates

PetscErrorCode PetscCheckDupsInt(PetscInt n, const PetscInt X[], PetscBool *dups)

Not Collective

Input Parameters

• n - number of values in the array

• X - array of integers

Output Parameter

• dups - True if the array has dups, otherwise false
