• DTPROB_DENSITY_CONSTANT - uniform density

• DTPROB_DENSITY_GAUSSIAN - Gaussian (normal) density

• DTPROB_DENSITY_MAXWELL_BOLTZMANN - Maxwell–Boltzmann density (1D/2D/3D variants are provided)

• DTPROB_NUM_DENSITY - sentinel; equals the number of meaningful entries in this enumeration
