append/merge indices of sfb into sfa, with preference for sfb

Synopsis

PetscErrorCode PetscSFMerge(PetscSF sfa, PetscSF sfb, PetscSF *merged)

Collective

Input Parameters

• sfa - default PetscSF

• sfb - additional edges to add/replace edges in sfa

Output Parameter

• merged - new PetscSF with combined edges
