VecsDuplicate

Creates a new Vecs with the same size and layout as an existing Vecs, but does not copy the values

Synopsis

PetscErrorCode VecsDuplicate(Vecs x, Vecs *y)

Input Parameter

• x - the existing Vecs

Output Parameter

• y - the newly created Vecs
