Sets the SNES for the linesearch for function evaluation.

Input Parameters#
linesearch - the line search context
snes - The
SNESinstance
Note#
This happens automatically when the line search is obtained/created with
SNESGetLineSearch(). This routine is therefore mainly called within SNES
implementations.
